Evaluation of the biological activity of the aqueous extract of Teucrium Polium on some biochemical parameters in Oryctolagus cuniculus male rabbits

چکیده
The current study aims to know the protective effects of aqueous extract plant Teucrium Polium reduce toxic liver caused by sodium benzoate in male rabbits type Oryctolagus cuniculus studying some biochemical parameters ,whereas results showed that animals dosing with at a concentration (250)mg/kg body weight for 30 days led significant increase at(p <0.05)in enzymes (AST, ALT, ALP)and decrease oxidative (GSH, CAT) (p <0.05) blood serum positive control group when compared negative group.
